Ms. Henderson is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of JLC Infrastructure. Ms. Henderson also serves as the Corporate Secretary and is a member of JLC’s valuation committee. Ms. Henderson was involved with the launch of JLC in 2017. Ms. Henderson is responsible for financial management inclusive of audit, tax and financial reporting, administration, investor relations and day to day operations for JLC. Previously, Ms. Henderson was the CFO and corporate secretary of Loop Capital LLC and its affiliates and prior thereto held roles as the CFO, CAO and corporate secretary of Loop Capital Markets LLC. Ms. Henderson began her career as an auditor with KPMG, LLP. Ms. Henderson has over 25 years of experience working in financial services corporations, asset managers and non-for-profits. Ms. Henderson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois Certified Public Accountants Society and the National Association of Black Accountants. Ms. Henderson serves as Chairwomen of the Board of Trustees at St. Xavier University and as corporate director and Chair of the Audit Committee for Hearken, Inc. Ms. Henderson has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Hampton University. Ms. Henderson received her Certified Public Accountant designation in 2001 and her Chartered Global Management Accountant designation in 2012.
