Ms. Chung is a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations and Fundraising in JLC’s New York office. She leads the firm’s global fundraising and investor relations strategy, overseeing capital-raising initiatives and cultivating long-term relationships with institutional investors worldwide.

Ms. Chung brings nearly two decades of experience across infrastructure investing, portfolio management, and capital formation within leading global financial institutions. Prior to joining JLC, she served as Head of Fundraising at Generate Capital, where she built and led the firm’s fundraising function and successfully launched and raised its inaugural funds. Previously, she held senior roles at CIM Group and IFM Investors, including serving as IFM’s first dedicated Infrastructure Equity Product Specialist. Earlier in her career, Ms. Chung was a Portfolio Manager at the National Pension Service of Korea and began her career in investment banking at Macquarie Capital.

Ms. Chung holds a Master of Science in Finance from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yonsei University.
