JLC is an investor in LaGuardia Gateway Partners which through a lease with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey operates Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport in Queens, New York.  Construction of the new terminal began in 2016 and was completed in 2022.  This project represents one of the first United States airport P3s to come to market.
